With Chateau 1771’s patented No Borders Cuisine, Executive Chef Vicky Pacheco gives her masterful imagination free rein, resulting in delectable innovations on French, Swiss, and Italian favorites adapted to suit the Filipino palate. Sparking fond memories has always been the essence of what we do. Over the years, we have built a loyal following of guests who associate us with their most important milestones—from baptisms and betrothals to closing important business deals. In keeping with the times, we have moved locations throughout the years, following our guests from Malate to Ortigas to Makati. All along, we have continued to provide fine food that warms the heart and service that nurtures the soul. After over 30 years, we now open our doors at Bonifacio Global City to more wonderful experiences—keeping alive the Chateau 1771 legacy of raising the standards of gastronomic satisfaction.
