Fresh Aklan oysters baked with butter flavored with Worcestershire sauce, garlic & parsely then topped with bacon bits.

TARTINE PLATTER

The perfect aperitif platter to nibble on- whole wheat crostini with an array of spreads: tomato-basil confit; chicken liver mousse; herbed goat cheese & walnut raclette crostini.

ANTIPASTO PLATTER

Prosciutto crudo; mixed bar nuts tossed in butter, coco sugar & herbs: smoked duck breast, parma ham & cheese croquetas; smoked gindara.

SMOKED GINDARA CARPACCIO

Thin slices of smoked gindara drizzled with lime sauce and sprinkled with capers, shallots and chili flakes.

RACLETTE

A Swiss dish of melted Raclette cheese, a real treat for cheese-lovers. ADD-ON: Crispy bacon

CHATEAU GAMBAS

Prawns sautéed with lots of garlic and a hint of
lemon juice. Our style is with browned chorizo,
definitely much better

BEEF BRACIOLE

Thinly-sliced beef rolls stuffed w/ provolone cheese, garlic, parsley & shallots, grilled w/ lemon & sauteed in garlic & butter.

SALMON PILLOWS

Salmon filling encased in a thin puff pastry baked
until crisp, with a light cream sauce with a hint of
mango.

Mixed greens with smoked duck breast and parma ham & cheese croquettes drizzled with blueberry vinaigrette.
