First built upon the grounds of 1771 Adriatico Street in 1988,
Chateau 1771 was born out of owner Ricky Gutierrez’s desire to build
a place where people could come together for memorable dining experiences.
Since then, Chateau 1771 has made a name for itself in the industry,
leading to the creation of both Sentro 1771 and Café 1771.
Chateau 1771 has also inspired many other restaurants with its renowned
No Borders Cuisine, which features delectable innovations on French,
Swiss, and Italian favorites.
Though its unique cuisine could be said to be the hallmark of the restaurant,
the Chateau 1771 experience is not just about the food, but the people — the
owners, waiters, chefs, and fellow diners.
Chateau 1771 was made to be a place where diners can be joyful and lively,
where service is attentive and caring, and where there is lightness and wonder in the air.
Now over 25 years old, Chateau 1771 continues to be a cornerstone in the food
and beverage industry and the crown jewel of the 1771 Group of Restaurants.
